To create a blog on Blogger there are three stages, ie create an account, create blogs and create your template name, for more details please follow the following steps
1. Create your account on the site please click the Blogger.com
2. Then click the button create your blog now
3. Furthermore, the Google Account window will appear listing please fill out the form with your Google Account completely (if you do not already have a google account)
4. Name window will appear next your blog, fill in the name of your blog and your blog address, when you are finished filling out your blog address please click the check availability which are below to check availability in your address google account, if there is a written note availability please re-enter address you want until there is a blog This paper addresses is available and then move on continue button
5. Window will appear choose a template and then select the template you want and then kick back button continuously
6. Your window appears the blog has been created! Means you've successfully created your blog and now you can start posting
