For Indonesian PayPal account, we can only use credit card to get verified. Bank account cannot be used to verify PayPal account. Why have to get our account to be verified? When our account access is limited (unverified), it means that we won't be able to do certain things with our PayPal account. For example, we might not be able to send or withdraw money. But since we do not have a credit card number there's no need to be worried, PayPal can help us to provide manually verification for those who does not have credit card if we complete the following steps:
Send the following documents to manualverify@paypal.com :
a. Your photo ID (Identification Card/Driver License/Passport)
b. Bank account statement/Bank book which shows your name and bank
account number
Send the documents in GIF or JPG format to PayPal by using your PayPal primary email address within 500KB.
After they receive your documents, they will process them and get back to you within 2~3 days.

Now we have no limit to do any transaction, online shopping, or withdraw our money to our bank account.
