After some time had a question about how to make the download link, I'm finally posting this article.
Ok immediately wrote, how he is actually very easy, first put / upload the files to be downloaded in webhosting, eg geocities, then you create a script like this:

bold text is the address where you save the file, replace the text with the address where you file.
